1 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the pd88 website accessible at https://pd88.io, including all associated pages, services, software, and content.
• "pd88", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the Platform and its authorised representatives.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform through which a Player accesses services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the Platform in any manner — including browsing, registering, depositing, wagering, or withdrawing — you enter into a binding legal agreement with pd88 and agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

2.2 This Agreement is effective from the date you first access the Platform and remains in force until your Account is permanently closed by either party.

2.3 If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that person to this Agreement. In any event, personal use of an Account by any person other than the registered Account holder is strictly prohibited.

2.4 pd88 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Where changes are material, pd88 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

3 Eligibility

3.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the Platform. pd88 maintains a strict 21+ policy and conducts age verification as part of the account registration and withdrawal processes.

3.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.

3.3 The Platform is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. Players from jurisdictions outside Bangladesh may be restricted at pd88's sole discretion without prior notice.

3.4 The following persons are not eligible to hold an Account or use the Platform:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Individuals who are employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of pd88 or any of its affiliated game providers;
• Individuals who have previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had their Account permanently closed for terms violations;

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the Platform. Registering or operating more than one Account — regardless of the email address, device, or payment method used — is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

4.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your Account details promptly if they change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for Account suspension or permanent closure.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pd88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.4 You must notify pd88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred.

4.5 pd88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or payment method verification) at any stage, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change at pd88's discretion.

5.2 Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and other methods as listed in the cashier from time to time. All payment accounts used for deposits or withdrawals must be registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

5.4 Withdrawals are processed within one (1) to five (5) business days (BST) from the date of a verified withdrawal request, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification or wagering requirements. pd88 reserves the right to conduct additional security reviews on any withdrawal request at its sole discretion.

5.5 pd88 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees. You are responsible for any such third-party charges.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and promotional credits offered by pd88 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to this Agreement. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

6.2 Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all Bonus Funds must be wagered at least thirty (30) times the total bonus amount before any withdrawal may be made. Wagering contributions vary by game type; slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer and table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.

6.3 Bonuses are valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings not released within this period will be forfeited automatically.

6.4 pd88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that such action shall not retroactively affect Bonus Funds already credited and in the process of being wagered in good faith.

6.5 Bonuses are limited to one (1) per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any attempt to claim multiple bonuses through the creation of duplicate Accounts or the use of false information will be treated as fraudulent activity.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 All casino games offered on the Platform — including but not limited to slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual sports — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. By launching any game, you accept those game-specific rules.

7.2 Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology. All RNG systems used on the Platform are independently audited for statistical fairness and randomness. pd88 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

7.3 Sports betting markets, odds, and settlement rules are published in the sports betting section of the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding market settlement, the official result published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) shall prevail.

7.4 In the event of a technical fault during a game or betting session that prevents the correct display or settlement of a result, pd88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Balance. This shall be the Player's sole remedy in such circumstances.

7.5 pd88 does not accept responsibility for network interruptions on the Player's side during live game sessions. 8 Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, AI agents, or any other non-human tool to place bets or interact with the Platform;

• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players or with employees of pd88;

• Attempting to circumvent geolocation restrictions, IP bans, or self-exclusion measures through the use of VPNs, proxies, or similar tools;
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that are funded by third parties;
• Engaging in "bonus abuse" — a pattern of play designed to exploit promotional terms rather than to engage in genuine recreational gaming;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pd88 staff, support agents, or other Players in any communication channel.

8.2 pd88 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with relevant authorities in investigating suspected unlawful activity. Evidence of prohibited conduct may be referred to law enforcement agencies at pd88's sole discretion.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the pd88 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, marketing materials, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of pd88 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. 10.1 The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the pd88 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting this Agreement, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

10.2 pd88 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, device data, and betting history for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and personalised service delivery.

10.3 Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared with trusted service providers (including payment processors and identity verification partners) strictly as necessary to operate the Platform. 11.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pd88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and emergency downtime may occur; pd88 will endeavour to provide advance notice where practicable.

11.4 pd88 is not responsible for telecommunications failures, internet outages, or device malfunctions on your end that affect your ability to access the Platform or complete a transaction.

12 Responsible Gaming

12.1 pd88 is firmly committed to responsible gaming and recognises that, for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic. We provide a comprehensive suite of self-management tools to all Account holders, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

12.2 Deposit limits may be set daily, weekly, or monthly. Once a limit is reduced, the reduction takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 pd88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement;
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes;
• Continuing to operate the Account would expose pd88 to legal, regulatory, or financial risk;
• The Account holder has provided false information or failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.

13.2 Upon termination for cause, pd88 may withhold the Account balance pending investigation. If no breach is substantiated following investigation, any verified real-money balance (net of any Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Account holder via the original deposit method.

13.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been satisfied.

14 Amendments to this Agreement

14.1 pd88 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace this Agreement at any time. The most current version of the Agreement will always be available on this page, with the effective date noted at the top of the document.

14.2 For amendments that materially affect your rights or obligations, pd88 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement.

14.3 If you do not agree to any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account before the amended terms take effect. You remain bound by the version of the Agreement that was in force at the time of any prior transaction or dispute.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles, as applied by pd88 in the operation of an internationally-accessible online gaming platform. No specific national jurisdiction is asserted; however, disputes shall be resolved in English.

15.2 In the event of a dispute relating to game outcomes, transaction settlement, or Account management, you must first raise the matter with pd88's support team at [email protected]. pd88 will use reasonable endeavours to investigate and respond within five (5) business days (BST).

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process within twenty-eight (28) days, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal proceedings.

15.4 Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
